SPENGA is an unrivaled fitness experience. Unlike any studio of its kind, SPENGA combines three essential elements of fitness to create what's simply known as the best workout ever.  This unique concept delivers cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training in every session.  Through a combination of spin, strength, and yoga each workout is designed to improve endurance, strength, and flexibility.

Job Requirements
The General Manager is responsible for the performance and success of the fitness studio. The job encompasses everything involved in running the day-to-day operations of the SPENGA studio. This includes: sales of memberships and building the business at the studio, maintaining the books, hiring - managing and developing studio personnel, the development and marketing promotion of the SPENGA brand.

This is the first of a minimum of three studios that SPENGA Atlanta will open in and around the Atlanta area. The ideal candidate would start out as the General Manager for this first studio, but would grow with the company to oversee all the SPENGA Atlanta locations in the Atlanta market.


Proven track record of membership sales in the fitness industry or high-end goods and services
Strong management and leadership abilities
Ability to create a successful culture for staff and clients
Willingness to learn. Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy
Contagious upbeat personality
Motivation and drive
Excellent people skills

Job Requirements:

Manage and exceed membership sales and retention expectations
Lead, train, motivate, and manage all staff to represent SPENGA
Manage all operational aspects of the business including, but not limited to: ordering supplies, equipment maintenance, payroll, scheduling, cleanliness
Sell memberships and retail
Retain and increase client participation
Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships
As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio
