Job Description
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • To identify and create new potential members
    • Done thru phone and outside marketing
  • To identify and create new member referral sources
    • Create relationships inside and outside the gym
  • To identify and create new corporate membership opportunities
    • Create relationships inside and outside the gym
  • To assist in the quality and operation of the youfit location
    • Youfit is the product you sell. In order to successfully sell something you must be proud of it. Assist in the operation, cleanliness, and management of the facility and staff. Be a leader amongst your peers.
  • Must also achieve YC POS sale percentage
  • Participate in or manage marketing events
  • Other pertinent duties as requested per supervisor
  • Generate at least 5 new corporate memberships per month
  • Must set up one marketing event per month.
  • Follow up on your portioned incoming leads from web, renewal, and cancelled lists.
  • Generate at least 20 leads a day
  • Make 10 new appointments a day (follow ups do not count)
  • Reach 70 memberships per month (goal should be 70+ per club)


Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years experience in sales
  • Experience with marketing events
