Job Description

Arch Amenities Group, the world's leading spa, fitness, and amenity management firm, is seeking a Regulatory and Compliance Specialist to support our in-house corporate legal team. The Specialist will be responsible for assisting with licensing, incident reporting, and legal tasks for the corporate office and regional managers overseeing AAG's 350+ facilities nationwide.

• Preparing, filing, and tracking license applications with various state and local regulatory agencies. Working with company stakeholders to obtain information necessary for such filings.
• Coordinating with facility directors and regional managers to ensure the timely renewal of all existing licenses and permits.
• Researching state and local regulations to determine the applicability of licenses and permits to AAG operations, and reporting on findings.
• Organizing, reviewing, and maintaining records related to each AAG-managed location, including licenses, incident reports, corporate filings, and vendor and facility agreements.
• Assisting with incident reports, guest complaints, and internal investigations.
• Monitoring state and local legislation for licensing and regulatory changes impacting our industry.


• At least two years' experience with federal, state, and local regulatory compliance and filings in a government, corporate, nonprofit, or law firm environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints.
• Strong communication skills and follow-up.
• Bachelor's degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience preferred.
