We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist!

What our Receptionists are all about:
The Receptionist is the initial point of contact for all incoming phone calls and guests to our office. This person values the impact of a great first impression and exudes exceptional customer service and professionalism.

This individual maintains our employee and department directories, coordinates and schedules meetings in our various conference rooms in addition to assisting with various Accounts Payable functions including filing, data entry, and more.

What you’re all about:
  • You are enthusiastic and able to work independently.
  • You demonstrate a high standard customer service.
  • You are able to prioritize competing tasks and have a keen eye for detail.
  • You have a High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • You have excellent communications skills with attention to proper phone etiquette.
  • You have experience working with Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel.
  • If you have experience in customer service within the fitness or hospitality industry, that is a plus.
  • You’re looking for growth within a company and would be interested in the possibility of learning Accounts Payable and/or other accounting functions.

Compensation: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience
