Anytime Fitness Warrington is positioned to become a premier workplace in the fitness industry — a place where coaching, community, and member success come first. We are seeking a part-time Personal Trainer who is highly motivated and passionate about helping others improve their lives through fitness, nutrition, and recovery. This role supports the growth of our Personal Training department within a fun, creative, upbeat atmosphere where no two days are the same.
 

Key Responsibilities

Fitness Consultations
• Conduct goal-setting sessions, EVOLT body scans, fitness assessments, sample workouts, and training program recommendations.
Training Services
• Deliver high-quality, pre-programmed 1-on-1 and group workouts with energy, professionalism, and safety.
Educator Role
• Teach proper exercise technique, provide basic nutrition guidance, and promote healthy recovery habits.
Results-Driven Coaching
• Support client progress through consistent attendance, accountability, and metric tracking.
Body Scan Technology
• Administer and interpret body scan results to help clients understand their data and progress.
Digital Coaching Engagement
• Use digital coaching tools to connect with, support, and motivate clients outside of the club.
Customer Service
• Provide a world-class experience through strong member engagement and consistent follow-up.
Revenue & Alignment
• Work toward achieving a monthly personal training revenue goal set by the management team.
Collaboration
• Partner with the membership sales team to support membership growth.
Team Participation
• Attend weekly and monthly staff meetings.
Cleanliness
• Help maintain a clean, organized facility.
Continued Learning
• Stay current on certifications, trends, and personal development opportunities.

Job Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• Working knowledge of fitness, endurance, strength/power training, and program design
• Strong coaching skills — able to motivate and manage clients in 1-on-1 and group settings
• Ability to work with clients of all backgrounds, ages, and abilities
• Willingness to deliver coaching services virtually (messaging, video, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and a positive team-oriented mindset
• Flexible availability (days, nights, and weekends)

Preferred Requirements
• 1+ year of personal training experience
• Previous fitness-related sales experience
