Job Description
Are you a rockstar coach that loves helping others Get To A Healthier Place? We are looking for the right coach that possesses the knowledge, skills, and ability to create and conduct safe and effective exercise for a wide variety of participants.

The Clinical Performance Trainer/Certified Personal Trainer would work with both Viverant Physical Therapy (located within gym) patients and Anytime Fitness members. With our partnership with Viverant, we are looking to train the right trainer who wants to enhance their knowledge and combine best-in-class training with world-class physical therapy. By integrating these two disciplines, we can push the limits of performance training with our clients and members.

In addition, candidates must be comfortable and confident with fitness program design, nutrition, program instruction, and influencing behavior change. The Coach does this by servicing clients in 1-on-1, small groups of 2 to 4 clients and large groups of 5-12 clients in a group fitness setting.

Beyond the traditional roles described, the Trainer/Coach provides guidance, education, and encouragement and most importantly, develops relationships with all members to improve retention. Anytime Fitness expects Coaches to possess above average customer service skills and be on a mission to provide a “surprisingly personable experience” with everyone he/she meets.

Anytime Fitness in Plymouth & Maple Grove is seeking to hire an experienced trainer looking to expand their knowledge. Responsibilities include: 1. Work with our members to ensure clients are remaining motivated to attain their personal fitness goals. 2. Monitor and educate clients during personal coaching sessions on the safe and effective use of cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training equipment. 3. Complete/maintain accurate and current client files 4. Develop interpersonal relationships with members

Pay: Compensation will be determined pending experience.

Ideal candidate will possess the following:

1. Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification and commitment to ongoing training and development (current)

2. At least 1 year experience

3. Must be goal oriented and have a passion for helping individuals achieve their personal goals

4. Must be friendly, outgoing, and a people-person

5. Passion for health and wellness, ambitious, competitive, friendly, courteous, warm, compassionate and comfortable with people. Strong work ethic, honesty and integrity.

5. Willing to work some mornings, evenings and some weekends.'
