Job Description
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Design and implement training programs
  • Generate sales (Create client leads; develop a relationship with the membership base)
  • Set and confirm appointments (Booking assessments)
  • Networking
  • Floor pulls
  • Retain clientele
  • Perform outside marketing if requested by management
  • Provide motivation to clients
  • Learn and utilize the systems, sciences and tools made available by Youfit
  • Lead small group classes where applicable


  • CPR/AED and an NCCA accredited personal training certification or scheduled to be certified in the next 30 days with approval from hiring manager
  • Education and production requirements set by Youfit Health Clubs
  • Maintain level 2 status
  • Demonstrable experience as a personal trainer and personal training sales
  • College degree in related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Passion for fitness and helping others
  • Having a “Whatever it takes” attitude
  • Must be open minded and willing to learn new things

Physical Demands
  • Physical effort required to carry out daily duties such as lifting supplies and gym equipment potentially in excess of 50lbs.
