Part-Time Fitness and Group Exercise Manager

We are currently seeking a Fitness and Group Exercise Manager to join our team.
As our new Fitness and Group Exericse Manager you will be responsible for:
Establishing and maintaining a solid client relationship.
Development of annual strategic plan and attainment of short- and long-term program goals.
Budget management and reporting.
Hiring, training and supervision of full and part time staff; Staff development and performance management.
Successful management of personal training and group exercise programs and departments.
Providing mentorship to college interns.
Development, delivery and evaluation of health promotion, incentive and other specialty programs.
Performing fitness assessments, determining exercise prescriptions and conducting first workouts for a diverse population, including high risk exercise participants.
Supervising and monitoring exercise floor.
Providing administrative support to members, including membership enrollments, terminations and general inquiries.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Related Field (Kinesiology, Exercise Science, etc.)
Current nationally recognized accredited personal training certification
Minimum of 2 years management experience overseeing a large staff in hospitality/fitness industry
Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
CPR/AED certified or ability to obtain certifications prior to hire
