Overview

Wild Captives, NYC’s fastest-growing outdoor adventure and lifestyle brand, is looking for a high-energy instructor to lead group experiences at our private training space and offsite events. We specialize in archery and are expanding into hands-on, skill-based disciplines that challenge, excite, and bring people together. No archery experience? No problem—we’ll train you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead fun, high-energy group classes and private sessions.
• Adapt your coaching style for beginners and experienced athletes.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized environment.
• Help develop new programs (paid curriculum development).
• Supervise events, assist junior instructors, and ensure participant safety.

Who You Are

• Experienced Group Instructor: 2+ years leading group fitness, sports, or movement-based training.
• Confident & Engaging – Strong presence, public speaking skills, and leadership.
• Reliable & Punctual – You show up on time, prepared, and ready to lead.
• People-Centered – Friendly, adaptable, and great at making people feel welcome.
• Growth-Oriented – Excited to expand your skills and grow with Wild Captives.
• Bonus: Experience in archery, stunt work, martial arts, or outdoor training.

Schedule & Additional Info

• Weekend Daytime availability required (11-6pm Saturday & Sunday), Special Events + evenings as Needed
• 12–25 hours per week, with lots of room to grow.
• $25+/hr + performance-based bonuses + paid training & program development.
