Membership Sales Consultant Position:

Becoming a Membership Sales Consultant at an X3 Sports Training Center is an incredible opportunity for the right person to directly grow the business and help take this fitness brand to the next level. This person will be a brand ambassador and the first personal impression of our business. The Membership Sales Consultant is an excellent communicator to internal staff, current members, potential members and the community.

Position Objective:

· Focuses on meeting and exceeding individual and club membership and performance metrics, including new memberships and current membership retention and ensures all individual and team initiatives and goals are achieved by the given deadlines

· Increases member satisfaction by providing an exceptional customer service experience for everyone

· Prospects and generates new leads by building relationships and presenting the X3 Sports brand

· Properly tracks and follows all processes relating to a lead’s journey and status from start to finish in the X3 Sports CRM

· Achieves individual objectives and metrics and supports Company goals

· Follows up with assigned lead, and nurtures lead through the buying process in a timely and professional manner

· Works as part of the team to consistently maintain a clean, organized, and fun environment for staff, members, and potential members

Job Requirements

Experience and Education:
• Minimum of two years of sales experience; a plus if experience is in the fitness industry
• Proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas
• Ability to quickly learn new computer systems and softwares
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with leads, members, and co-workers
• Minimum of a basic working knowledge of the fitness industry and fitness club operations or the ability to relate past experiences to the fitness industry
