A privately owned, well established health club organization on Long Island is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee all club operations and continue to grow the organization. This group has seen great growth in recent years and just opened a magnificent new facility that rivals many gyms across the country. But we are in need of a true leader- someone who can invest the time and energy to develop systems and processes across all facilities, unite the teams and continue growth and hold people accountable daily. There is a good core group of people, but the right candidate will assess all employees, managers etc and make sure that each is in the best position possible to achieve club goals. Hiring and firing of staff, daily P/L management, budgets, payroll, sales, PT- everything.
We need a true leader- who motivates and stimulates their staff to action, leads by example, has great work ethic, communication skills, holds people accountable and understands the fitness and service industry.
The facilities are top notch- we just need someone to steer the ship to bigger things and future growth!
