Job Description

The Internal Content Editor will be responsible for generating and editing engaging content for the Company's new intranet platform, including highlighting business successes, company news, team member interest pieces and other features as necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Writes/edits/curates stories for company intranet. Topics of focus include company news,events, etc.
  • Works closely with internal content authors to draft and edit content while ensuring consistentbrand voice and messaging.
  • Assists with the management of intranet home and department-category page layouts.
  • Partners with creative team to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging throughout all internal communications.
  • Assists in reporting on key system metrics and feedback to optimize content strategy and effectiveness.
  • Assists with the creation and execution of intranet system launch strategy.
  • Assists with the creation of and update to intranet training materials.
  • Liaises with translation vendor to ensure that key content is translated into relevant languages.
  • Assists with the planning and execution of home office employee experience events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a copywriter/editor
  • Previous experience with intranets preferred
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Must have excellent communication skills, be a team player, attend to details, and keep to schedules
  • Must be able to prioritize and manage a variety of project
