General Summary: In addition to performing all hospitality desk job tasks and duties, assists in coordinating and monitoring the activities of the hospitality desk to ensure efficient operations and delivery of exceptional member service. Trains and coaches the hospitality desk staff on service presentation. Ensures consistent execution of company standards that deliver efficient, helpful, friendly, courteous and professional member service. Assists in scheduling activities of hospitality desk to ensure continuous coverage. Manages member scheduling process and ensures hospitality desk associates perform efficient scheduling practices for offered member services.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum six months in club environment or previous cashier, sales, receptionist, or customer service experience preferably in the fitness, spa, hotel or hospitality industry. CPR certification. Ability to delivery high quality customer service. Must be enthusiastic, pleasant, have a positive attitude, and possess the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic computer skills. Excellent verbal & written communication skills required. Candidate must be able to work a varied schedule to include evening, weekend and possible MOD shifts.
