Job Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience leading group fitness classes. Experience in boxing, kickboxing, or martial arts is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire participants.
Knowledge: Understanding of proper exercise techniques and fitness principles to ensure safe and effective workouts.
Personality: Energetic, enthusiastic, and positive attitude with a passion for fitness and helping others.
Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other instructors and gym staff to create a cohesive team environment.
