Job requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ability to sign and affirm the school's statement of faith
- Active membership in a Bible-believing Christian Church
- Experience coaching youth volleyball
- Must understand and be able to teach the necessary fundamental skills of the game of volleyball
- Must be an effective communicator who possesses strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Must be willing and available to drive school vans to and from matches throughout the season
- Work in conjunction with the Varsity Head Coach to establish alignment across the middle school and high school programs
