Job Summary

Looking for a highly motivated, dynamic Leader who is wanting to work for one of the fastest growing personal training and fat loss programs in the country!

The pay structure is a salary with monthly bonus potential. The bonus structure is uncapped so as you grow the location, your salary goes up as well. Pay is based off the recurring monthly revenue of the gym. There is a minimum base salary to start, then from there, the sky is the limit!

Fit Body Boot Camp is a result’s driven and energetic fitness and fat loss workout program that includes motivation, accountability and dynamic resistance training; all designed to give our clients the body that they want in a safe, fun and non-intimidating atmosphere.

Every workout session is led by an experienced, certified personal trainer and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while burning maximum fat, in minimum time. Personalization is key to getting the best possible results, which is why our workout programs are modified to fit our client’s goals and individual fitness level.

Responsibilities and Duties

As the Operations Manager at Fit Body Boot Camp, you will be leading your location to success and managing all aspects of the facility under the direction of the owner. A portion of your week will be dedicated to small group personal training sessions through HIIT style workouts. The remainder of the weekly responsibilities include developing/managing marketing and sales programs, developing and mentoring a team of personal trainers and administrative assistants, managing the sales/ retention and customer experience, and most importantly developing client relationships to ensure they are achieving maximal results.

Qualifications and Skills

Ideal Candidate:

MUST have current Personal Training Certification from a nationally accredited organization such as NASM, NFPT, ACSM, ACE, NSCA, etc or significant experience.
Highly preferred: Degree in Exercise Science, Nutrition/ Dietetics or other medical science.
Has proven leadership experience and knows the difference between being a "leader" and a "manager".
Proven success in sales and marketing with numbers to demonstrate success.
Must be familiar with digital and social media.
Someone who is a motivator, has proven success in small group training, makes the workout a fun experience, is engaging, up-beat and has a positive attitude. Must be very outgoing have a personal interest in Fit Body Boot Camp clients and changing their lives.
Has experience with different workout styles and modalities such as TRX suspension trainers, kettlebells, free weights, bodyweight, and other functional training styles that employ HIIT. A strong desire to learn might be considered.
Be able to quickly correct poor form in a group setting and provide alternatives for clients with limitations.
Be PASSIONATE about changing people’s lives each and every day!
