Job Description
We are looking for THE MAYOR of the STRETCH ZONE studio.
This position is definitely not the typical "9 to 5" job.

Position:
The ideal candidate will be primarily be responsible for driving studio sales/memberships, and studio operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive Studio Revenue through Membership Sales
  • Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking
  • Proficiency in Club Ready, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, Google Applications, Social Media, EMAIL
  • Lead and work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of PROVEN SUCCESS in sales, preferably membership sales within the fitness industry
  • Required College level course work in Anatomy and Physiology. Preferred BS in Exercise Science or related filed of study.
  • Availability for 1-2 weeks out of town job training
  • Effective listening skills necessary to elicit options and ideas in support of team relationship
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner
  • Ability to manage and drive all revenue from membership sales
  • Excellent communication and strong writing and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email
  • Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
  • Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $2800/month base salary
  • Bi-Weekly Commission paid on sales
  • Monthly Bonus opportunity paid on studio revenue
