TruFit Athletic Clubs has 32 current locations and is in the process of rapid expansion. TruFit is seeking a sales focused General Manager with a passion for changing people lives through fitness. Work in a fun, healthy, upbeat atmosphere where every day is different.
The perfect candidate will be highly motivated and experienced Club Manager with a passion to lead and manage others. This candidate must be engaging and willing to approach the general public and attend business functions to promote the club. This position is highly demanding and requires multi-tasking skills, while offering a very rewarding and lucrative career in the fitness industry.

Hire, Train, Develop - A successful club is only as good as its people. The ideal manager needs to have skills and passion for finding and developing a staff that wants to win.

Sales & Marketing - We have proven systems and methods of generating, driving and growing our sales in location. The ideal candidate will embrace, adapt and be able to apply our systems and initiative in order to reach and exceed our Marketing and Sales goals.
Operations - Building and protecting our Brand is critical. Our model depends on clean, well maintained facilities centered on superior service. The ideal candidate will understand and have experience managing customer service issues, managing and maintaining maintenance and cleanliness standards along with day to day business procedures and projects.
Partnerships & Community Outreach - We pride ourselves in developing and maintaining Win/Win relationships in the community. Our success is dependent on supporting and participating in special events, community activities, social functions and charity events that are mutually beneficial to everyone involved. The ideal candidate will embrace this philosophy and build sustainable relationships.
