Job Description
Tough Mudder Bootcamp Burlington seeks a passionate, experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a new local studio. The GM will be responsible for all aspects of operating the Tough Mudder Bootcamp, including recruiting an exemplary team, training and managing all staff, customer management/membership sales, and management of all franchise financials.

Tough Mudder is now leveraging its fitness expertise to launch Tough Mudder Bootcamp - a novel, class-based fitness training gym. The training classes are focused on the values of camaraderie, teamwork, fun and personal accomplishment. Each class is a HIIT functional fitness focused class, lasting approximately 45 minutes, with a capacity of up to 24 people.

The work:
● Report directly into the franchise owner on all elements of the business
● Develop a deep understanding of Tough Mudder Bootcamp's core values and selling points
● Create local marketing plans for generating leads and membership sales
● Ensure franchise location is run in accordance with all franchisor standards
● Maintain a clean, functional, and safe studio environment
● Recruit, hire, and train studio staff
● Run regular team meetings for all staff
● Develop a daily schedule for the times that classes will operate
● Manage and report on studio financials
● Create an exceptional community-focused culture

● Required:
○ High School Diploma .or GED
○ CPR + AED up to date Certification
○ 2+ years experience managing 5+ employees
○ 2+ years of sales experience
○ 2+ year managing and reporting comprehensive budgets, including payroll
○ Excellent written/verbal communications skills
○ Desire to build community and improve individual performance
○ Organizational skill / proven attention to detail
○ Proven leadership skills
● Preferred:
○ Bachelor's Degree
○ Existing understanding of Tough Mudder brand
○ Previously participated in at least one Tough Mudder event
