The GM will ensure that all fitness and service functions within the club create a fun and high-energy atmosphere. They are also responsible for the over-all management of the daily operations of the Club including recruiting, training, and developing a high performance team dedicated to providing an exceptional member experience.
General Managers are our leaders. They help shape where we're going and how we're going to get there, as well as inspire a talented and driven team of fitness professionals to be the best that they can be.
We are looking for a GM that has experience in sales/will deserve as a high-performing Sales Director. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Sales director responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Sales director duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.
