Overview

$18 - $22 Per Hour + Bonus

Arch Amenities Group, the world's leading spa, fitness and leisure firm, is seeking a Front Desk Manager. As a part of the Arch Amenities Group team, the Front Desk Manager will maintain and execute the customer service expectations at one of the premier Fitness & aquatic center in southeast Denver, CO.

For this position, we are looking for a conscientious Front Desk Manager to oversee the front desk operations of our business. In this role, you will be required to greet and welcome guests, tend to their questions and concerns, manage booking and appointment schedules, and ensure that the reception area is professionally maintained.

To be a successful Front Desk Manager, you should possess strong time management and organizational skills, and provide exceptional customer service and a strong leadership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences

• Define and implement front desk daily operations including opening and closing procedures.

• Conduct Front desk staff training, orientation, and scheduling.

• Tending to guests' complaints and questions and providing exceptional customer service.

• Ensure the desk is welcoming and the surrounding area is safe, clean, and orderly.

• Maintaining front desk office supplies and equipment.

• Supervising staff and all front desk activities including bookings, appointments, phone calls, and emails.

• Performing administrative duties such as filing and updating records, among others, as needed.

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or similar.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a front desk manager or similar.

• Proficient in front desk software such as MindBODY, Excel, and Word.

• Good understanding of procedures and practices in the fitness/hospitality industry.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• The ability to provide exceptional customer service.

• Good leadership and training abilities.
