About the Role:
As a Fitness Sales & Performance Advisor, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and transform their lives. You'll be responsible for building relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored personal training programs that deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
* Proactively engage with potential clients, building rapport and establishing trust.
* Conduct thorough consultations to assess client fitness goals and needs.
* Present and sell personalized training programs, memberships, and related services.
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
* Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
* Actively participate in daily training and development sessions.
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
* Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

Compensation & Benefits:
* Competitive base salary of $32,500
* Uncapped, tiered commission and bonus structure designed to reward high achievers.
