The Mount Auburn Club, Greater Boston's Premier Health & Tennis Club and Spa, is seeking qualified individuals to join our outstanding staff.
If you're a team player with the right attitude, you may be the right person to join us as a Fitness Professional. Full and part-time positions are available.
The Fitness Professional will provide valuable direction, instruction, education and motivation to the members of the Mount Auburn Club, while following strict guidelines in order to maintain safe workout areas, as well as prescribing and up keeping safe and effective workout programs. Under the direction of the Head Fitness Professional, the Fitness Professional will perform personal and group training sessions, be assigned a certain number of hours to do floor work, assist in prospective member tours, perform new member orientations, and be involved with member retention and other fitness related assignments.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Personal training (individual and group)
New member orientations
Solid performers can expect to gross $42,000-$80,000+ per year. We also offer health, dental, and prescription plans, vacation and personal/sick time, 401(k) and Flexible Spending Account, short term disability plan, and membership to the club (regular use of facilities is expected).
