Job Description
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Oversee the entire operation of your Youfit location
  • Successfully recruit and develop staff members
  • Manage administrative responsibilities including evaluations, daily deposits, daily recap, etc.
  • Create additional traffic and generate sales
  • Responsible for daily sales and related reports
  • Manage and develop the Personal Training department
  • Create and maintain the staff schedule according to Youfit standards and the needs of the club
  • Responsible for all member, staff, and facility issues. Must maintain all club logs
  • Must maintain all records per local and federal legal requirements
  • Informs all staff of new policies
  • Must promote and inform employees of all marketing promotions
  • Must create and maintain an enjoyable environment for all employees, members, and guests
  • Must be available and reachable by their staff and Youfit management 24/7 365 days a year

  • At least one to two years’ experience directly managing a team of at least ten employees
  • Knowledge and training of a formal sales system (preferred)
  • Experience in operations and sales management
  • Experience recruiting, interviewing, and developing your own team
  • Outside marketing and business to business sales experience
  • Experience dealing directly with customers as well as vendors
  • Four year degree (preferred)
  • Experience in the fitness industry (preferred)
  • Physical effort required to carry out daily duties such as lifting supplies and gym equipment potentially in excess of 50lbs.
  • Bilingual, Spanish and English preferred
