Overview

WTS International, the world's leading spa, fitness and leisure firm, is seeking an On-Request Eyelash Extension Specialist for a luxury hotel spa in Miami Beach, FL. The Eyelash Extension Specialist is responsible for providing fundamental lash artistry and educate clients on their lash health as well as maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures the "WTS International Experience" for guests by maintaining the standards set in WTS International Basics to Excellence (BTE), WTS International Mission Statement/Values; Standards and Expectations, and WTS International Brand Standards.
  • Adheres to policies of WTS International.
  • Exhibits fundamental lash artistry
  • Provide an excellent customer experience
  • Education clients on their lash health as well as maintenance
  • Execute proper sanitation and industry standards


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • State esthetician or cosmetologist license
  • Experience with and knowledge of various waxing techniques and equipment
  • Attention to detail
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
