MANAGER ON DUTY - OPENING SHIFT
Hours: Part Time (Monday - Friday 4am-9am, Sunday 5am-9am)
General Summary: Performs hospitality desk duties to endure efficient operation and deliver y of exceptional member service. The hospitality desk staff are the first to be seen as the member/guest arrives at the club, and are key in impressing the company standards for professionalism and service quality on all members/guests. The hospitality desk also operates as the scheduling and information hub to the member/ guest for all club services and activities.
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. A minimum of six months of customer service experience in the fitness, spa, hotel or hospitality industry preferred. Basic computer skills. Ability to delivery high quality customer service. Must be enthusiastic, pleasant, have a positive attitude, and possess the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal communication skills required.
