The CSR will interact via phone and email with our members and provide information in response to inquiries and questions, update member records, solve problems, process payments in regards to membership billing, and get members happily on their way. We offer bi weekly paydays, as well as Health, Dental and Vision insurance plan.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Answer inbound inquiries regarding member inquiries
  • Answer billing inquiries and process payments
  • De-escalate and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide information to potential customers interested in opening memberships
  • Update and document member information and interactions in the database
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, call center environment


Requirements:
  • Are you at least 18 years old
  • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • Are legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Can use a computer and navigate the web
  • Have a naturally positive attitude
  • Pass a criminal background and credit check
  • Prior call center experience or the willingness to learn
  • High energy, self-motivated and a hunger to succeed
  • Professional Presentation Skills
  • Above average communications skills
  • Above average grammar and spelling skills
  • Flexibility to work assigned shift
