Anytime Fitness® Manlius NY is offering a unique full time Assistant Manager in a brand new club. You will be treated like family and are expected to treat our members in the same way you expect to be treated. This position will be both financially and emotionally satisfying with the focus primarily on helping all members "get to a healthier place."
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for exceptional customer service, sales including membership, training, and retail as well as marketing in and outside of the club on a variety of social media platforms.
They will be responsible for membership retention and success of the club through a variety of administration tasks as well as monitoring the general upkeep and cleanliness of the club.
They must be forward thinking, outgoing, creative, and have attention to detail.
Beyond the traditional roles you would provide guidance, education, and encouragement. Our mission is to provide a "surprisingly personable experience". We are a coaching club not high-pressure sale. Show me your WOW factor and customer service side first and foremost.
