Job Description
Location: 3840 S Tuttle Ave, Sarasota, FL 34239

Assistant General Managers:
  • Assist with management and operation of the club including the YouCoach department
  • Assist with generating club traffic and sales
  • Assist with the development, training and mentoring of staff
  • Create and maintain an enjoyable environment for all employees, members, and guests
  • Ensure cleanliness throughout the club

You will have:
  • Experience in the fitness industry (preferred)
  • Experience recruiting, interviewing, and developing a sales-focused and customer centric team
  • Experience in sales, management, and marketing
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Physical effort required to carry out daily duties such as lifting supplies and gym equipment potentially in excess of 50lbs.
