Requirements: Must have at least a 2-year Associates degree or comparable experience in the health and wellness industry or in small business, customer service management.

Membership Sales -- We use a proven system that helps our guests overcome their own roadblocks to starting a fitness program. When used correctly, this system doesn't feel like sales at all.
Club Promotional Marketing -- We love to market our gym in the community and utilize most creative marketing mediums. We do use traditional marketing strategies (television, radio, newspaper, direct mail, etc.), but we really prefer the creative stuff. A good understanding of how to use social media is a plus. Proficient with Facebook, Google ads, Instagram marketing and ad development and placement of ads is not necessary but a plus.
Networking / Employee Wellness -- We work with a network of local and national employers and insurance companies that try to encourage their employees to lead healthier lifestyles. Making contacts is the first step--then we try to find a solution that helps everyone.
Team Building -- Leading a team and driving results through motivation and fun is a key component to ensure success in the position. Your core team consists of personal trainers, group trainers, and part time staff.

Club Appearance and functionality - We pride ourselves in having one of the nicest and cleanest gyms in the area with great, state-of-the-art equipment and many other functional training options for our members to enjoy. Making sure our gym has a clean, bright and organized appearance is crucial for an optimal member experience.
Staffed Hours: Assistant Club Manager - Part Time - Monday, Wednesday, Friday (10 AM - 6:30 - approximately 21 hours plus)
Staffed hours are subject to change based on season and scheduled events.
