We're looking for an Aquatics Programs Coordinator!

What our Aquatics Program Coordinators are all about:
MAC is seeking an ambitious Aquatics Program Coordinator to help manage the quality of our swim lesson and aquatics programming. We’re looking for a self-motivated individual who drives for results. You will be responsible for improving the customer experience, recruiting strong candidates to join our team, and the program is exceeding parent expectations while also strengthening our employee and customer retention.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for ensuring the overall profitability (increase lesson counts, strengthen retention, increase program enrollment, etc.)
  • Ensures staffing levels/goals and lesson/aquatics programming needs are met.
  • Oversees and is responsible for the hiring, interviewing, and training of new aquatics staff members and ensures these staff members meet MAC’s standards.
