JCC Greater Boston is seeking a part-time Adaptive
Aquatics Instructor. This position is a great opportunity for someone who

enrich the lives of children and adults with disabilities. The JCC Greater
Boston's Adaptive Specialist Swim Program is an opportunity for you to
transform the lives of people you work with while developing lifelong skills.

At JCC Greater Boston, our Adaptive Swim Instructors use previous experience, coupled with the Swim Angelfish methodology, while receiving significant team support. The Aquatics Team is a lively and fun group to work with. We seek new team members who possess high standards, are customer service-oriented, and are collaborative.
This position will pay in the range of $30-$40/hr. as a starting salary. The salary offered will ultimately be determined by the hours the employee will work, the scope of the position, the candidate’s relevant experience, and internal equity. The hours for this position would be +/- 15 hours/week.

JCC Greater Boston is a nonprofit organization with roots in earlier Settlement Houses and Young Men’s Hebrew Associations; JCC Greater Boston today offers a wide range of services and program activities throughout the Greater Boston region (~50,000 individuals annually in 98 communities). The organization provides a variety of programs and services to children and adults in the Greater Boston Jewish community including preschools, day camps, a regional model of Jewish family engagement, a fully equipped fitness and aquatic center, arts and culture classes, performances, lectures, and Jewish holiday celebrations.
