Job Description
Overview:
Arch Amenities Group, the world's leading spa, fitness and amenity management firm, is seeking a Accounts Payable Manager . This is a remote role but preference given to those based in the New York City Metropolitan Area.
This position is responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable Function.
Specific Duties Include:
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable process including monthly, quarterly reporting and audit along with monthly A/P close.
- Ensure billable expenses are properly coded
- Develop and implement payable procedures for departmental approvals of invoices.
- Manage vendor onboarding including verification process, Setup in NetSuite and payment method records
- Ensure all invoices from the A/P mailbox are entered in a timely manner
- Approve all invoices in NetSuite - ensure proper coding
- Accounting review and approval of all Concur Expense invoices - ensuring compliance with T&E policies and receipts requirements.
- Record all Concur expenses in Netsuite - ensuring proper coding
- Reconcile Concur/Amex account to paid Amex accounts
- Reconcile Sub-ledger to General Ledger
Lead the implementation of OCR functionality, and on going AP automation project.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business, business administration, or equivalent
- Three to Five years of related work experience in accounting or finance in fitness, hospitality, hotel companies, multi-unit spa, or recreation field.
