Personal Training Sales Director - Baltimore, MD (Essex)

Description: Compel Fitness is seeking a Personal Training Sales Director at a gym chain called Spunk Fitness in Essex, MD. Compel Fitness is a fast growing national personal training company that provides a positive and fun work environment as well as a spring board for career growth and opportunity. We are looking for a full-time employee that is goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and has a passion for fitness and helping others. No prior experience is required due to our company's extensive training protocol, however sales experience and fitness knowledge is preferred.

Pay Structure: Salary plus Commission and Bonuses

Descriptions of daily responsibilities include:
1. Selling personal training programs.
2. Developing, hiring and managing a personal training staff.
3. Providing superior customer service to all personal training clients.
4. Maintain excellent relationship with entire gym staff.
5. Sales training.
