Description: Description: American Club Systems - One of the nations largest club management organizations is now interviewing GM/AGM and Sales positions for the Chicagoland area.
Successful candidates for GM must be able to: Develop annual budgets Create and execute marketing plans Recruit, train and motivate staff Meet and exceed company objectives Oversees each department and department head Set up all meetings Perform all functions of management Employee evalutions Personal production Responsible for club operations
Compensation plans are competitive and relocation allowances and bonuses are available for qualified applicants.
Requirements: Successful candidates must have experience in the fitness industry. Must be honest, hard working and willing to put forth 100% effort. Successful candidates must have a positve attitude, enthusiastic, bring energy, be focused and concentrate on the plan that gets results. Finally, you must coachable.
