Fitness Managers ensure that members receive a top-quality personal training experience and that members in personal training are achieving their fitness goals. As a leader in the club, the Fitness Manager is responsible for creating a positive environment for both members and employees, developing a professional staff through coaching and feedback, as well as ensuring that all company standards, policies and procedures are in place and practiced consistently.
The ideal candidate will be goal-driven and dedicated to motivating and inspiring Personal Trainers by showing them how to create fun and exciting training programs that are unique to each clients needs. Fitness managers are responsible for sales productivity and client results. You coach and develop the team to success. You will also maintain club cleanliness, consistently meet club operating expectations, and maximize profits while containing expenses.

Requirements: Successful candidates will possess 1+ years of fitness management experience, a nationally-recognized personal training certification, and a record of personal training sales success.
