Assistant General Manager

Description: LA Boxing, one of the top health and fitness companies in the country is in search of strong Assistant General Managers to fuel its quest to become America's premier fitness franchise company. We have clubs in 23 different states and are currently looking to fill positions in our Denver Market

Requirements: The Assistant General Manager is primarily responsible for assisting the General Manager with the day-to-day operations of the location. The Assistant General Manager is directly responsible for contributing to the following areas:
Membership sales
Private training sales
Merchandise sales
Creative local marketing
Location sanitation and maintenance
Professional  customer service
Adherence to the standard operating procedure as set forth in your corporate GM Training

The Assistant General Manager should currently possess exceptional organizational skills with the ability to be a self starter, the capacity to work with a team as well as independently is critical. They should be competent at multi-tasking effectively.

To succeed in this position, you will need a background in fitness sales and be a person of high integrity.
