Interact with current and future clients on a regular basis and provide support to the supervisors, managers and the General Manager with tasks as assigned.
Quickly and accurately answer questions about Total Woman products and services
Resolve issues or concerns regarding account balances or monies due
Courteously Process all POS transactions in a fast, accurate and responsive manner
Check In and Greet all guests with a smile
Answer all incoming phone calls, take accurate messages and transfer calls to the appropriate department(s) or employee
