JOB DESCRIPTION:
Anytime Fitness is seeking a Fitness Center Manager with strong business and customer service experience.  Center is scheduled to open Fall, 2012. The Center Manager is responsible for overseeing all fitness center operations, staffing and personal training programs.  The Center Manager position includes responsibility for all areas of the center including membership sales, financial outcomes, facility management, club marketing and promotions, community involvement, employee recruiting, training and management, team building, and safety rules and protocols.

Compensation bonus available based on performance

Requirements: CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
*Bachelors degree in management and/or fitness preferred but not required
*Minimum of 3 years management experience
*Membership marketing and sales experience
*Employee supervisory and training experience
*Experience in fitness/health programming
*Financial management skills
*Excellent customer service skills
*Efficient and well-organized
*Professional and healthy manner and appearance
*Excellent written and verbal skills
*Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational
*Effective leadership skills and strong work ethic
*Personal Training and/or associated certifications are highly desirable
*Proficient in appropriate computer skills and office equipment
*Ability to physically demonstrate safe operation of all equipment and weights
*Awareness of proper body mechanics and injury prevention
*Available to work nights, weekend and holidays
