Spa Inventory Coordinator

Description: The Spa Inventory Coordinator's primary job responsibilities are to maintain and control inventory, while ensuring required levels of supplies, professional products and boutique retail items. Place purchase orders with approved vendors. Manage stock. Ticket items. Distribute professional products to salon/spa staff, following documented processes. Conduct regular inventory, per company processes. Tag and stock retail items.
Requirements: 2+ years retail experience. Basic knowledge of retail business processes, including inventory. Retail experience in a related business is a plus! Exceptional attention to detail. Computer proficiency. Ability to work under time constraints and pressure. Ability to work consistent weekly schedule, with some flexibility based on business demands. Demonstrated customer service and communication skills. Physical requirements: Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Must reach and be able to stand on feet for prolonged periods of time.
