Assistant Personal Training Sales Managers & Trainers

Description: We are currently searching for Assistant Fitness Managers and Trainers for our Waltham, Medford, Methuen, and Somerville, MA locations.

Fitness Managers: The Fitness Manager is the vehicle that drives the company. Without sales, there are no clients, and without clients we don't have a company.  So FMs are important!  Each of our locations is staffed with a Fitness Manager and Assistant Fitness Manager(s).

We are currently seeking AFMs for our Waltham, Methuen, Medford, and Somerville, MA locations.  It is the role of the AFM to sell personal training to the membership base at the facility and to ensure that a quality service is being delivered to our clients by our personal trainers.

Requirements: The AFM position requires knowledge of exercise, acumen for sales, and passion for fitness.

Our AFMs are required to meet certain sales quotas to maintain their AFM position and those that have a track record of consistent results will be considered for advancement. We have a career path that will allow our Assistant Fitness Managers to become Fitness mangers and the opportunity to travel and/or advance their career by overseeing multiple locations.

The AFM is a sales position so the position is compensated heavily on personal sales and club performance. There is a base salary, personal commission tiers and bonuses in place to incentivize teamwork.

A large part of an AFM's daily responsibility consists of setting appointments with new and existing members from the workout floor and new membership sales.  Our objective is to work with every member to get them excited about their goals, educate them on health and fitness and show them how working with a personal trainer is their best solution.
