Greet members, maintain facility access, answer phones, sell memberships and programs, interface with members and staff to represent the Y, conduct facility tours, and positively help resolve member issues.

Requirements: HS Graduate/GED, intermediate computer skills required, previous customer service and sales experience preferred, friendly and reliable person with exceptional people skills, patience, a good sense of humor and strong work ethic.
